Emilie Watt, has a lifetime of equestrian experience. She grew up working with as many horses as possible and assisting Arabian, Saddlebred and Quarter Horse trainers from breeding to braking to finishing and showing. Emilie also ran a small rescue project called, "Love'N'Horse Care" in Ohio. There, she rescued abandoned, abused and deemed "untrainable" horses, brought them back to a healthy body and mind and found them each a loving home. Within the rescue project, Emilie worked with Mustangs brought in from the plain, broken ranch horses and moldy, ratted, distressed, sick horses, left to sink in the mud. Studying the psychology of the horse-human connection became a focus of her college studies. Combined with her love and appreciation for horses and after settling in Arizona, she is back to training! Emilie specializes in mental, physical and emotional reprogramming with a gentle approach.
*Pictured above is Falcor. Emilie's horse of 7 years and her last rescue. Pulled out of the mud at almost 2 years old, he was untouched, covered in mold, ratted, suffering abscesses and a train wreck of dangerous. Today, he is a healthy, easy keeper, with a gentle-relaxed personality and rides like a dream.
